Hayat Holding engaged NGN to create an IT environment, deploy structured cabling systems, and set up communications at its subsidiaries in the Аlabuga special economic zone, Moscow, and Krasnodar.

Established in 1937, Hayat Holding is a leading Turkish enterprise  with a highly successful track record. The holding consists of 25 companies. With 24 brands and more than 12,000 employees, Hayat Holding possesses high-quality brands and dynamic teams in the various sectors in which it operates, including FMCG, port operations, construction, wood and energy. 
The holding's brands enjoy steady growth, not only in Turkey but also in regional and global markets. Exporting to 101 countries, the holding is taking confident steps towards becoming a regional leader.

The goal was to create an IT infrastructure from scratch for seven Hayat Holding's subsidiaries in Russia and deploy a unified system to manage them remotely from the head office in Istanbul.

The project had several phases, including review of Hayat Holding's current pain-points and subsequent development of technical specifications, hardware and software delivery, and systems integration. It was necessary to consolidate data received from several hundred employees who are responsible for different areas within all branches of Hayat Holding. 
NGN designed an IT infrastructure according to the customer's requirements, installed data storage systems, servers, peripherals, and software. The servers and storage systems process information from employees and contractors as well as data from the customer's IT systems. 

A call center was deployed in Hayat Holding's Moscow office to serve the company's clients across Russia. In addition, NGN installed structured cabling systems, rolled out IP telephony and LAN, and arranged wireless Internet access.

The project also included business process optimization in Hayat Holding's subsidiaries and a complete range of technical support services.

As result of the project, the customer now has an infrastructure which is ready for further IT system deployment. In addition to training conducted for Hayat Holding's IT personnel, NGN continues to remotely provide complex technical support services and promptly resolves all customer's issues.
