NGN Is Among The Best Employers of Turkey

Thanks to its strong corporate culture and employee-oriented management approach, NGN obtained the “Great Place to Work” certificate.   

Great Place to Work®, is the largest independent corporate culture research and consultancy organization in the world and every year, it determines the best employers based on the analysis of about 7 thousand organizations and more than 16 million employees. It also provides certification for companies that have a strong corporate culture and are defined as “best employers.” In this context, the results for the 2019-2010 “Best Employers” survey, organized in Turkey for 8 years by Great Place to Work Institute®.

Thanks to its employee-oriented management approach, NGN successfully concluded the processes for Trust Index© employee survey that measures the employees’ perceptions about the current corporate culture and Culture Audit© workplace culture analyses that analyses all HR practices, leading to its certification as Great Place to Work® Certified.

NGN adopts “investment to employee satisfaction” as a motto and supports trainings that aim to technically and personally improve its employees. In addition to mandatory in-house trainings, employees are offered the opportunity to receive face-to-face or online training courses on demand. NGN believes that the most important investment of a company is its people and that people are the only power source that can ignite change for any organization using their creativity, knowledge and skills; thus, NGN effectively manages reward, evaluation and socialization processes with practices that support its continuously developing and growing structure.

NGN also makes a difference with the number of its female employees, in terms of increasing female employment in the business world, especially in the technology World.  Women constitute 40% of the company’s management team and the company aims to increase this by 20% by 2020.
